I'm so glad the boss has a sense of humour!!
I got this from my deputy director today. We don't always see eye-to-eye, but a sense of humour goes a long way!!! ;-)

n im still confused about whether i really wanna change my bloger name or not - cos most ppl voted that i stick to it
Well, I'm working on virtualizing lots of servers right now, but you don't need to know about that to get it.
It's really just the idea of a boss who reads about something in a magazine and then expects you to implement this great thing without any understanding of what is actually required to make it happen.

Insert any word related to computerized observational coding of behavior into that, and I totally get it! Many techniques sound great in a journal article but are expensive and highly complicated to do in our little lab.
